BookXtra Website Terms and Conditions.
A consumer of the BookXtra website using any portion of the website agrees to comply with
and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may change
from time to time, and it is the complete responsibility of the user to be informed of these
changes. Your continued use of the BookXtra website indicates acceptance of any changes to
these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions are inapplicable to
disputes arising, or arising out of events occurring, prior to the posting of such changes here.

BookXtra is the sole and exclusive owner of its content contained on the website. This includes,
but is not limited to, page layouts, web design, graphics, illustrations, code, data, materials,
copyrights, trademarks rights, patent rights, database rights, and other intellectual property.
Exceptions to this section will be applicable rights to content and materials uploaded by authors,
publishers, users, consumers, and other users of the website. Terms and Conditions regarding

The BookXtra Website contains a wide range of content, including content uploaded by
authors, publishers, consumers and other visitors to the site. Users of the site may post reviews,
comments, and other content, and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other
information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive
of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties
or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning,

except in courts located in Dublin, Ireland . Users also waive any objections to venue of any
such litigation in courts located in Dublin, Ireland and agree not to plead or claim that Dublin,
Ireland is an inconvenient forum.

all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising in any
